Irene Daboin, PhD
Dr. Daboin completed her PhD and MA degrees in Clinical and Community Psychology at Georgia State University. She completed her BA in Psychology at University of Miami (FL) and moved to Atlanta in 2011. She has been a part of the Peer Coaching Program since 2016 and had previously worked at the GA Tech Counseling Center as a practicum student in 2013-14. Dr. Daboin's professional interests include: race/ethnicity, diversity, and multicultural issues; sex, sexual orientation, and gender; sexual violence prevention; alcohol and other drugs; interpersonal dynamics, communication, and couples therapy; outreach and wellness promotion; working with international students; training and supervision; and positive psychology / the psychology of happiness.
